The overall scent is based on Chypre, with some rose and neroli elements added to create a gentle atmosphere at home.
The woody of the base notes brings the feeling of warehouses, dry wooden cabinets, and old books.
The osmanthus tree is the finishing touch.
This is inspired by my childhood house in my hometown of Kaohsiung in southern Taiwan. It’s warm, woody, and sweet, with a touch of nostalgia.
In Kaohsiung, south winds humidify the air year-round, making the storage rooms damp and dusty and turning the wooden cabinets yellow.
A row of bushes often blooms in the front yard. Red flowers, aloes, and sometimes night-blooming cereus, along with the osmanthus trees that have grown alongside me, from saplings to towering trees, filled the air with sweetness.
I created this scent as a comforting reminder of my home sweet home, a solace to my own homesickness.
I hope it reminds you of your hometown and your cherished memories, and accompanies you on your journey to wherever you go.
