Vernal Nocturne

Created by perfumer Yenchi Lin in her eponymous line by Yenchi Lin,  Vernal Nocturne/春枝新夜 captures the serene beauty of twilight in early spring. 

/Dew, Green buds

/Ylang-ylang, Green apple, 

/Taiwanese Cypress, Virginia Cedar, Oakmoss

As the chill of winter fades, moisture condenses into dew, nourishing the awakening earth. Tender shoots emerge from damp soil, and new leaves gently sway in the breeze. Deep within the forest, ancient trees call forth life, heralding the arrival of spring. The fragrance unfolds with notes of dewy greens, blooming florals, and earthy woods, painting a vivid picture of nature's renewal.

To capture the essence of early spring, I've incorporated ingredients that express the sensation of dew-kissed leaves and tender new buds. The floral heart of ylang-ylang and magnolia adds a vibrant touch, while the base note of  a unique Taiwanese cypress, provides a fresh and woody undertone that evokes the tranquility of a forest.
